By using SkyBlue Exports service, the customer agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

SkyBlue Exports reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any terms or conditions. SkyBlue Exports will give prior warning to our customers of any changes being made. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Customer Responsibilities:

a. The customer is to provide accurate information on goods to be exported and the departure terminal and destination of these goods required by SkyBlue Exports.

b. It is the responsibility of the customer to declare the goods to the relevant authorities outside the UK.

4. Intellectual Property:

a. All content and materials available on the Service are the property of SkyBlue Exports and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

b. The customer may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

5. Privacy:

SkyBlue Exports respects our customer’s privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

6. Limitation of Liability:

The goods to be exported are the responsibility of the customer from the point of sale through to the point of airport departure. Therefore SkyBlue Exports does not accept any responsibility financial or otherwise to the damage, lost or stolen exported goods.

7. Termination:

SkyBlue Exports reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service without prior notice for any reason, including violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK.
